We had too many mental errors on defense, gave up too many big plays, turned the ball over too many times and didn't execute on special teams. When you do those things, it generally results in something like that.

Worst Team in the NFL?

Are they a "team"? Seems like it's a fragmented mess of players looking out for themselves and a few players who want to play for a team. Hard to be a team when the team is split into four or five different categories on how they feel about playing for the Oakland Raiders. The Al Davis players want to have the ruling power, like they have always had, they haven't gotten their way and they don't like the coach, so they quit on him. McKenzie is going to boot those guys to the curb, that sh!t ruins a "team". This is why the Raiders have never really had a "team", they've had a bunch of athletes in pads running around trying to play football. Time for some FOOTBALL PLAYERS, not track guys, not moody, lazy guys who only want to play when they feel like it. Once all those players have been replaced, then the HC can be judged, right now, it's an impossible situation.
