Like I said above, my respect and belief in this head coach was all but gone when the Raiders lost to Denver 37-6 and Dennis Allen was just happy to be around his old coaching staff and could care less about his team. When Reggie made this decision I was trying to support it. I supported Dennis Allen and even the hiring of Greg Knapp. I actually think Greg Knapps offense would of worked if he just kept the power blocking scheme in place. McFadden would of been fine and we would have one of the best offenses in the NFL, our passing offense is already tops in the NFL. And then Dennis Allen hires an inexperienced man to run his defense and call all of the plays. So WTF is the point in bringing Allen in!?!?! He doesn't even do anything.

I think the smart thing to do is just admit this Dennis Allen experiment did not work and it is time to go in a different direction. Chuckies direction will be fine with me!
