Lets not talk about the players and the cap ok? Agreed? Now tell me what these guys have done to indicate to you that they even half way know what they are doing? Remember cant talk about the cap or the players- ok go! That what I though!

People dont want Mark to fire McKenzie and Allen and replace them with Gruden, so the players can be happy. They want Mark to fire McKenzie and Allen and replace them with Gruden, so WE CAN ATTRACT GOOD PLAYERS AND ENSURE THEY ARE COACHED PROPERLY........see the difference......the same behavior Al Davis ran the team into the ground with is the one you are advocating......hiring the least qualified coaches in the NFL, which either attracts the least qualified players because they cant go anywhere else or forces you to pay premium prices for the good players......and then you pair that piss poor mix of talent with bad coaches that dont use their skills correctly and you get 3-13 .....just like I predicted when you said they will make the playoffs
