ok...you believe in what mckenzie and allen are trying to do...great......conceptually so do I........so we are on the same page so far...

NOW....
what makes you think allen, in particular, is qualified to do this......forget the players....allen and his staff are the least qualified coaching staff in the NFL.....and the next isnt even close.......allen is the least qualified coach sine kiffen......and I acknowledge kiffen and allen could be goo SOMEDAY

this coaching staff is a JOKE!!!! DA must GO!!!!

Is that how you see it? We have just been that unlucky in the draft and in the free agent market and we just so happen to have filled the roster with undiciplan lazy players and over those same 10 years teams like the Steelers and the Patriots have just gottten lucky with their picks.

Al Davis or not. The worse scouts in the world could not be this unlucky.

It's like this.... We need quality coaching or we will be doing this for years to come. Quality coaches make quality players not the other way around. Look at this very organization and you will see that the only time we had success is when we had quality coaches.

Take the Pats for example. How do you think they have maintaned to be
a high caliber team with-out getting low draft picks?


Until we get the right coaching staff in here first worrying about players is waist of time. You see it's like this.... If we would have drafted Luck, RGIII or Martin we would still suck and they would be labeled Busts.

Wait until we draft a player and he refusses to come here. You will see that soon if we keep this coaching staff.

It's like this..... In the National Football League Coaching is everything.
