We had too many mental errors on defense, gave up too many big plays, turned the ball over too many times and didn't execute on special teams. When you do those things, it generally results in something like that.

All I want for Christmas

You don't want to draft the fastest tard at the combine? LMAO!!!!
That would be pre DA/RM protocol, and you know this.
And at the same time you're hoping for a 9-7 Christmas?
Too late lummox.
You're right, we need a whole new defense which means nothing on Tarver. He has little to nothing to work with!
Yes, rid Knapp.
Dennis Allen is correct, he's looking at 'long term' and is correct in saying there is not much depth (i.e. not much to work with on the team talent wise).
Stop signing Heisman winners? That's pre Dennis Allen as well. Why attempt to blame the current regimne for this? It's totally lame.
Going after the youngest HC in the NFL? That's all Al Davis. Yes, RM chose a young Dennis Allen who is attentive to detail, and the team is not. They have no Al Davis to run to when told to actually try.
Dennis Allen is on track, the players are lacking in depth, talent, giving a chit &c, and then the inherited horrible culture via Al Davis.
There is no way with the lack of talent on D that you can rightly blame Tarver as 'aint it'. That's BS.
Chill. This TEAM sucks. Very few players on this team.
Allen is it. He'll be here 'long term' and build the future with players who want to play. It will take some time.

Killem,
Get hook on phonics and learn how to read. You don't have to agree with me, that's ok. All I'm asking for Christmas is for a new way of doing things and so far the moves that RM has made sucks. RM hired Knapp, depleted the roster during the off season, he signed of Andre Carter (Wow great move, right!!) and the 2012 draft class is something to talk about. Lay of the sauce and get your head out of your a$$. This isn’t it!!!

Cam Cameron is done in Baltimore. I know that he is not the greatest OC. His play calling is as dull as it gets. And, the Baltimore O has struggled this season considering the quality of players that they have. That being said, he would be a big improvement to the Raiders O and the organization. Cameron has a proven offense and the players would respect him.
The Raiders should give him a call immediately to at least see if he would be a fit.

I see both sides of it the DA/RM must go and the shitty hand they were dealt side. I agree if you are going to fire Hue for a 5 game losing streak and a rant that, lets be honest, told the truth about the gaggle of shitbags we have on this team then the same theoretically should hold true for DA. BUT nothing and we have seen proof of it, nothing is going to change without stability.
We have to jettison all the scholarship players in the off-season or substantially reduce pay and playing time on anyone deemed salvageable but i dont see that being the case.
As for the coaches, DA will get one more year I believe even if he loses out he gets one more year. Tarver, is a hard one because i like i said i see both sides. As a coach you have to motivate and get the best out of your players, well when the best they can give you is 50% of an average player doesnt leave alot to work with. Some of his schemes i think will be great with the right players, but can he demand the respect and discipline his players to toe the line i dont see it cause of his age. Knapp I believe will be gone, look at what Houston has done with their Offense since he left to come here. Not to mention his inability to grasp that you mold the system around the players not change the players natural abilities to fit the system. He needs to go, not sure who we would get to fill that role. It should have gone to Saunders because then the Offense would have just remained the same and the D would have been the focus. Thats on DA though and he should be held accountable.
I think we all know something will happen at the end of the season, just not what. I think we can agree that staff needs to be shaken up or changed on the Coaching side BUT also that the below average players who play below average for high dollars need to go and go soon as the last whistle blows. If we keep changing just one it just perpetuates the cycle.
