fact of the matter is bush ran the ZBS much better than mcfadden....and there was plenty of tape to prove it.....if you were going to keep mcfadden you should have kept the O in tact.....if you were going to change the O you could have gotten top draft picks for mcfadden and kept bush......now your lucky if you get anything for mcfadden because he only has one year left on contract that pays top $$ to a guy with a history of injury......the best we will probably get is a late round pick or be forced to release him.....once again reggie/DA screwed up ....this is just another in a long line of screw ups by this "new improved regeim"


the post al davis era should have started with a qualified coaching staff....thats the biggest flaw of the al davis years....he always picked coaches who were not ready for prime time.....and yet reggie repeats it and the al davis haters are all on board

DA hired knapp....what makes you think he will fire him or his next selection any better ......if you look at his 2nd move as HC...hiring tarver you may get a hint of who knapps replacement would be......some part time high school coach

anybody who think DA is going to replace knapp with saunders is kidding themselves......the only reason saunders is still here is because he was still under contract.....saunders will be out of oakland in 3 weeks

Another quality post Eastcost.

You also addressed the biggest question this "Hot" front office and coaching staff have this off-season.

As I'm sure you know... I think a new staff with power blocking that suits DMAC and a down the field passing game that suits our receivers and "present" QB would be the way to go.

You clearly played the game. Don't you think a better coach could get way more out of these guys? Right from the jump I see they obviously
don't condition well in July and August. Seeing them a step behind and sucking wind as the Donkeys are not even breaking a sweat makes me sick. We lost that Thursday night game in August. Never had a chance in that second half.

Do you like the kid from ND? Is he the real deal? I know we have 2 good LBs now but we could use more. I also think he could be converted to a bad ass strong safety.
