Listen with Al I didn't know if what he was doing was going to work, however I never had the impression that he had no idea whatsoever about what he was doing. With Al I always had hope because there was no doubt that he wanted to win! So of course when he made a mistake he cut bait! Do you not agree that he was on the right track with Hue? Of course you agree for the first time in ten years as a raider fan you we're feeling it again right? Then he died. Point being these guys don't give the impression that they know jack sht! Be honest about that. I know you realize just as I do that you have to have stability at the top- that's not the point for me. I'm just saying that my fear is that we are about to waste two more years before we admit that what we've been shown so far is what it is. I ask you to be hones with this question- What have these guys done to inspire ANY confidence from you?

Ok I'll take that compromise Knapp and Tarver gone. And the Denver Donkey on notice. Up his ass notice!

I don't see it, but you scared me with the Hoodie and Cleveland comparison East. But I still don't see it.

Of course we are all watching from the outside. My perception is that the Donkey is soft and has no leadership skills. The evidence is our record, guys getting benched for not practicing, absolutely no team respect; Syemour non stop tweets about how bad we suck and how many points Drew Brees is gonna drop on us with no accountability, a Head Coach that has no clue what being a RAIDER means as he shoots the shit with players and coaches on the Donkeys sidelines.

He sure is on notice. I better never see him over on that Donkey side again. But something tells me he will be coaching on Donkey side again with-in 3 years.
