you cant make a bad business decisions just because bad decisions that were made in the past....you have to look forward....yeah it sucks davis went cheap on the coaching staff and was forced to regularily fire guys....but reggie perpetuated it by doing the same exact thing....reggie needs to admit DA was not ready and go out and hire the best fuggin coach he can find.....a guy that will send a message that there is REAL change...not just the same shet being run by someone else....only then will you attract other quality coordinators and position coaches that players respect and will want to come to the raiders as their PREFERRED destination

sorry folks...time to clean house.....AGAIN....DA must GO!!
