this is a HUGH game!!!!!

for us fans we need to see the raiders get completely embarrased so reggie and/or mark realized we have to cut bait on this group of imcompetant coaches

for DA and coaching staff they have to prove they arent the worst coaching staff in the league

for the organization a lack of clear direction could allow the staff another year and result in empty stadiums next year costing big $$$ and potentially a move out of oakland

this game is bigger then you think
